The Good Soil Foundation is deeply honoured to partner with the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) as part of the SG Youth Plan for SG60, a national initiative dedicated to empowering young people to shape Singapore’s future. This year marks a special milestone for Singapore as we celebrate 60 years of independence. It’s a moment to honour our collective journey and to look ahead with hope.
At the heart of this meaningful collaboration lies the Next Generation Philanthropy Leadership Program – our flagship youth incubator that empowers students aged 15 to 17 to become thoughtful, driven changemakers.
Since its inception, the Next Gen Program has equipped young leaders with more than just knowledge. We focus on cultivating real-world leadership skills, creative problem-solving, and a sense of purposeful action. Over five intensive days, students are immersed in:
But Next Gen is more than just a camp – it’s a launchpad. Our alumni have gone on to start youth-led initiatives, win international scholarships, and speak at conferences and forums about the future they want to build. They leave the program not just inspired, but equipped with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
This year, being part of SG60’s Youth Plan takes our mission one step further. It allows us to amplify our reach, deepen our impact, and celebrate the power of youth voices in shaping what comes next. We are proud to invest in the next 60—rooted in our belief that when young people are nurtured with the right values and opportunities, they grow into leaders who lead with vision, empathy, and action.
At Good Soil Foundation, we believe in planting deep roots so the next generation can rise tall and strong. Through NextGen, we are not just building programs. We are building a movement.
Let’s grow the future, together.
To cultivate the next generation of future philanthropists and social entrepreneurs, driven by a shared commitment to transforming lives and advancing the public good.
