Dear young friends,
Self-awareness has always been a highly regarded topic in human society. Everyone is more or less lost in the pursuit of self on the road of growth, and I am no exception. From Australia to China, from an entrepreneur to an investor to a charity practitioner, along the way, I have witnessed the power of growth and found a career that I love and want to fight for all my life.
As the Founder of the “Next Generation Philanthropy Leadership Program,” I have always regarded it as a way to spread kindness and hope. I not only want to build a platform to cultivate youth leadership and train these aspiring young people to become the next generation of philanthropists and social entrepreneurs, but also want you to see more meaningful content beyond life through this platform, help you better understand yourself, and sow the seeds of kindness on the road of pursuing yourself.
I encourage you to embrace this era of rapid change and embrace change. Leadership is a journey without an end, which requires us to constantly innovate ourselves and adapt to changes. The breakthrough from 0 to 1 requires courage and persistence, while the leap from 1 to 100 requires wisdom and teamwork. Each of us is the leader of our own life, and every choice and decision we make is shaping our future.
I hope that through this program, you will understand that charity is not a grand poem, nor is it a grand project that requires everything to be ready before it can be started. Charity is a bridge that connects people’s hearts and a kind of fire that warms the world. It is not only material assistance but also a touch of the soul and spiritual nourishment. We firmly believe that as long as we take action from now on, every contribution, no matter how big or small, can take root in the soil of society and bear the fruit of hope. As long as we stimulate our own inner potential, each of us can become a force to change the world and shine the most dazzling light of our own life.
Each of us is an explorer in the journey of life. In the process of pursuing the truest self, perhaps you can try to come here to see different scenery. I invite you to join us and bring positive changes to the world together, not only to work together to solve the difficulties we can see now, but more importantly, in the future, you will call on and lead more people to make the world a better place. I firmly believe that only love and hope are eternal forces, and it is “us” from generation to generation that provide endless power for this force.
