Uncloud was born from a group of young innovators who recognized a growing challenge among their peers: many teenagers were struggling with vaping, yet lacked access to support that felt safe, private, and genuinely understanding. Too often, existing approaches rely on fear, punishment, or exposure—leaving young people feeling judged rather than helped.
Uncloud exists to change that dynamic. The team envisions a supportive ecosystem where teens can reflect on their habits, process their emotions, and work toward change without fear of judgment or shame. The focus is not on comparison or public accountability, but on helping individuals understand themselves and regain a sense of control over their choices.
To bring this vision to life, Uncloud is developing a digital environment centered on personalised guidance and self-reflection. By combining thoughtful design with adaptive technology, the platform helps users build awareness, track progress, and stay motivated in a way that feels private, respectful, and encouraging. Rather than treating addiction as a moral failure, Uncloud frames change as a gradual, human process—one that unfolds at the user’s own pace.
At its core, Uncloud aims to give young people the tools and confidence to confront their habits independently, supported by clarity rather than shame, and by understanding rather than pressure.
At Good Soil Foundation, we are proud to incubate and mentor this inspiring youth-led initiative, helping the team refine their vision and prepare for real-world impact. What began as a student idea is now blossoming into a powerful movement to support teens across Asia.
When young people are trusted, guided, and empowered, they don’t just change themselves. They change the world around them as well.
And this is just the beginning for our newest young changemakers. 🌱💛
