The Singapore Good Soil Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded by Ms. Faye Lo from the social impact department of Sky9 Capital with the mission of supporting public welfare innovation. As a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, she hopes to lead individuals to act for public welfare, spread love and share love.

The Next Generation Philanthropy Leadership Scholarship Program aims to inspire young leaders to positively impact society through expert mentoring training and practical experience. The program provides scholarships to students from diverse backgrounds to cultivate a new generation of philanthropic leaders committed to social improvement.
"Remote Villages in Transition" was born out of the Poverty Alleviation" project initiated by Ms. Faye Lo. Through cooperation with photographer Chen Jie, after many field interviews and research, it was finally published by the Singapore Good Soil Foundation. The book records the hardships in remote areas, this led to support and infrastructure improvements, and ultimately achieved a highly acclaimed photography book. The book has received national recognition for its impact on China's poverty alleviation work.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the 28th NUS EMBA cohort, with the theme of "Unity of Love", transformed their concerns into hope and demonstrated the spirit of solidarity. Their fundraising campaign successfully raised RMB 2.43 million, providing critical resources for frontline workers and demonstrating the powerful results of collective solidarity in difficult times.
As a sister foundation of Singapore Good Soil Foundation, the Love House Seed Fund founded by Ms. Faye Lo in 2013 has similar goals and visions as Singapore Good Soil Foundation in the fields of public welfare and charity, aiming to promote public welfare innovation, support environmental and educational projects, and is committed to solving social challenges and creating a prosperous future. In the past five years, it has raised more than 4 million yuan, funded 52 projects, benefited more than 15,000 children, fulfilled more than 60,000 wishes, served more than 300 volunteers, and successfully incubated some sustainable and meaningful projects, leveraging more than 700 million yuan of social and government funds, creating a great social impact.
