The NextGen Philanthropy Leadership Program is an intensive five-day camp that empowers young leaders to develop, refine, and launch impactful community projects. This immersive program provides selected student fellows with a unique platform to design initiatives addressing key social challenges within communities they are passionate about. Guided by esteemed advisors and experts in fields like social entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and community development, student fellows receive personalized mentorship, in-depth workshops, and strategic guidance to turn their ideas into actionable, sustainable solutions. Each day combines interactive sessions, hands-on project work, and collaborative exercises, allowing student fellows to gain valuable skills in leadership, strategic planning, and impact measurement.
Supported by the Good Soil Foundation, the program also includes post-camp incubation, offering resources, continued mentorship, and networking opportunities to help bring student projects to life. By the end of the camp, student fellows are equipped not only with a developed project plan but with a profound understanding of how to create lasting change. The NextGen Philanthropy Leadership Program is more than just a camp—it’s a launchpad for the next generation of compassionate, innovative leaders.
